Zekk Alvarion was born in Eugene, Oregon (USA) in 1987. Since then he has
lived in many places around the world including Morocco, Saudi Arabia, California, Washington State, and now El Maadi, Egypt.
Some of Zekk’s hobbies include SCUBA
diving in the Red Sea, sailing racing boats, swordplay, fishing and fly-fishing,
hiking, traveling, writing, and military aircraft. He also studied martial arts
from three different disciplines including Goju Ryu, over a span of twelve
years. Zekk is also in the process for writing an article on fishing for the
gigantic Nile Perch for Outdoor Frontiers.
Zekk has visited most of Egypt’s national treasures, having
seen the Great Pyramids, the step pyramids at Sakara, both the Valley of the Queens (his personal favorite) and
the Valley
of the Kings, the Abu Khal Temple, several other Temples in Luxor, and several resorts on the Red Sea. His favorite, besides the Red Sea, has been the Nile River, where he enjoys spending
time with his fiancée.
Apart from his writing, Zekk attends
the Great Books Academy for philosophy, advanced
history, social sciences, and other liberal arts. He aims at getting his degree
in liberal arts by the time he is twenty-one years of age.
He hopes to make a living as a
fulltime author someday, but for now holds a job as a marketing and
advertisement manager for a company in Cairo, Egypt.
