High Council

The High Council is a group of the highest ranking officers in the Federation, and is designated as a place to discuss matters that affect the entire clan.

Fleet Admiral Zekk Alvarion - Leader of the FBH and Commanding Officer of the Black Aces Squadron.

Rear Admiral (UH) Haplo Sang Drax - Second Naval Commander and Black Aces pilot.
