FBH Navy Ranks

Admiral Ranks

The title of Admiral signified senior command rank in many navies. Admirals, also known generally as flag officers, were typically responsible for a high level military command at battle group or fleet level, and/or for administrative and political duties relating to naval operations. In FBH, the Admirals are indeed Sr. rank, as it takes years to achieve.

Fleet Admiral

This rank is held by the leader of FBH. Past, Present and hopefully future, the Fleet Admiral has always been Zekk Alvarion.

Admiral

If a member is promoted to Admiral, it is usually after many hard years of service to the clan, and many battles. The Admiral rank is usually only achieved by becoming the second in command of FBH, and of course, earning it.

Vice Admiral

A Vice-Admiral generally holds only the most senior command or administrative appointments, right below Admiral or Fleet Admiral.

Rear Admiral Upper-Half

The Rear Admiral ranks are the lowest of the Admirals still able to command a fleet. With Upper-Half obviously being over Lower-Half.

Rear Admiral Lower-Half

First and lowest of the Admiral Ranks, it deserves no less respect, because becoming a Admiral, requires a minimum of Three years, unless in an XO or XA position. Only the Fleet Admiral can promote to this rank.

Senior Officers

Sr. Officers are the unit commanders of FBH, generally able to fill the position of leading the troops in combat, or taking the lead in administrations. They form the backbone of the clan.

Commodore

Commodore is the last rank before Admiral, and can supervise the Captains below him, as well as fill any command position in the unit/division he is assigned to.

Captain

A Captain is able to fill any of the command positions previously mention, with one addition. A Captain may command a division. A division is described as all the squadrons in a certain game.

Commander

The next step for a Lieutenant Commander, is full commander. A Commander is also able to have his own command, but may be given command of a wing. (A group of squadrons)

Lieutenant Commander

The make or break rank. Members who reach Lieutenant Commander generally have earned their place in FBH. It typically requires more than one year of service, and extreme dedication to the clan. An officer of this rank may be assigned CO of a squadron if one is available. It is also the first Sr. Officer rank.

Junior Officers

These are the first Officer ranks, the members that support the chain of command, and provide an example to Cadets, and fellow Officers.

Lieutenant

A member who reaches Lieutenant is no longer a rookie, and can command/XO her/his own squadron.

Lieutenant Junior Grade

While Ensign can be achieved without getting ones wings, an un-winged Lieutenant JG is unheard of. Pilots at this rank can usually get XA if the position is open.

Ensign

The first officer rank, this rank is somewhat special, as it can only be achieved after passing the officer test. Once the Cadet becomes ensign, typically he should have finished the flight program. However as with all ranks, exceptions do exist.

Cadets

Cadets are the officer candidates, and flight trainees. Their primary job is to learn to be leaders, and learn to fly. They are the future of FBH. Once you graduate the intense flight school, you are a true FBH pilot.

Cadet First Class

The Highest of the Cadet ranks, Here the no longer new Cadet, finishes his Officer training and testing, And strives to complete his flight testing.

Cadet Second Class

A rather big step for most cadets, as a Cadet Second Class may begin taking Wings testing, and Officer Tests.

Cadet Third Class

The next step in the pilot training program. Also, Cadets at/above this rank may be included in wars, depending on their skill level.

Cadet Fourth Class

The First of the Officer/Pilot Training ranks, A Cadet of this rank takes orders from all.

Flight Recruit

As the name states, it is a Navy Recruit in process of being tested for admittance to the flight training program.
